(local & international student)

application procedure


1.  Please go to UTS Official Website click “APPLY NOW” button and select postgraduate to sign in your account.

2.  For Alumni, please use your NRIC and previous Oculus password to sign in. For new applicant, click “click here” to register an new account.

3.  Fill in all the information required and attached together with your Bachelor’s degree certificate & transcript, Foundation certificate & transcript, Diploma/STPM, SPM result and English test result (if any). Complete all required information on the online form and please attach all the documents.

4.  For “Programmes by Research”, candidates are required to fill up the “Research Proposal” part in the online application.

5.  Please have two (2) referees to complete the “Referee Form”.  The referees must not be personal acquaintances or relatives or proposed supervisor for application by Research Programme.  This person should be a senior academic administrator familiar with your most recent studies and must be able to provide information/background of the applicant’s academic standing.

6. After filled all the information, click save draft, then submit. Your application will submit successfully.

7. The system will send you email notification once your application is approved / rejected. 

8.  For International students, you may submit your application forms together with all the required supporting documents to International Office (via regular mail or email address as below) for final checking purposes. The staff of School of Postgraduate Studies shall contact you pertaining to your application status in due course.
